| Normally Scrubbers are designed for a particular application with specifications. When conditions are not accurately known, standard units are available in PP / FRP / HDPE materials. Those units Includes Packed Column and Water Jet Venturi Scrubber. Packed Columns are available from 200mm dia to 600mm dia in HDPE and upto 1000mm dia in PP / FRP construction. PP / FRP or HDPE Blower required for suction of gas is available in 12", 18", 21" & 25" impeller dia. which gives 2000 to 10000 CFM and 4" to 10" W.C suction pressure. Jet Venturi Scrubber is one of the most economical answer to Air Pollution problems. As there is no moving parts, maintenance cost is very less. Circulation tanks are available in HDPE as
well as PP / FRP materials from 500 litres to 40000 litres which can be used for storage also. We are specialist for double layer Lining, Rubber Lining and HDPE Lining on MS Agitator for Reaction Vessels. Above equipments can reduce the maintenance cost of Chemical Industries upto a great extent. |
